Terms and Conditions – Stake Game Pakistan

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Stake Game ("we", "us", "the Platform", "Stake Game"). By accessing or using any part of the Stake Game website at stakegame.ws — including creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or simply browsing the platform — you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on Stake Game, including but not limited to: online casino games, card games, slots, crash games, live dealer games, sports betting, and PSL cricket betting. Additional product-specific rules may apply to certain game types and promotions; where such rules exist, they supplement these Terms and do not replace them.

Stake Game reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

To register and use Stake Game, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while you maintain an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Stake Game is strictly an 18+ platform. We take the protection of minors seriously and maintain age-verification procedures to enforce this requirement.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity — registering for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by Stake Game or any responsible gaming organisation that covers your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of Stake Game or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date.

Stake Game reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any winnings accumulated during a period in which an account holder is found to have been underage will be forfeited.

Each player may hold only one (1) account on Stake Game. Registering multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering at Stake Game, you are required to provide your valid mobile phone number, a secure password, and any additional information requested during the registration process. All information provided must be accurate and truthful. You must not register using false identities, borrowed identities, or automated registration tools.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Stake Game will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify our support team immediately and change your password without delay.

Account sharing — allowing another person to access or operate your Stake Game account — is not permitted. All activity conducted from your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally performed that activity.

All financial transactions on Stake Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Stake Game does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. There are no currency conversion fees on Stake Game — the amount you deposit in PKR is the amount credited to your gaming balance.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at Stake Game:

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and the return of funds to the originating account.

Stake Game reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds at any time. Funds deposited at Stake Game must be from legitimate sources and not from any unlawful activity. Deposits are not interest-bearing — Stake Game does not pay interest on funds held in player accounts.

You may submit a withdrawal request at any time your account balance permits. The minimum withdrawal amount at Stake Game is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name — withdrawal to third-party accounts is not permitted under any circumstances.

Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within five to thirty minutes. Requests to other payment methods may take longer depending on the method and your financial institution. Stake Game processes withdrawal requests around the clock, including weekends and public holidays.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, Stake Game may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard requirement and is designed to protect both you and the platform from fraud and unauthorised transactions. Verification documents typically requested include a copy of your CNIC and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawals will not be delayed beyond what is reasonably necessary for verification.

If a bonus was credited to your account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before the bonus amount or winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in that bonus's terms. If you are unsure whether a wagering requirement applies, please contact support before requesting a withdrawal.

Stake Game offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all Stake Game bonuses unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts will result in the voiding of all associated bonuses and may result in account suspension.
• All bonuses at Stake Game are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific bonus terms) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in the bonus terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Stake Game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Any bonuses already credited and subject to ongoing wagering will not be affected by such changes.
• Bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes. Stake Game reserves the right to withhold bonus payments where it suspects a player is exploiting or abusing the bonus system.

The following general betting rules apply across all Stake Game products. Product-specific rules for sports betting, PSL cricket, crash games, and casino games are published within each respective section of the platform.

• Minimum and maximum bets: Minimum bet across most Stake Game games is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by game type and are displayed within each game or market before a bet is placed.
• Bet confirmation: A bet is confirmed only when the platform has acknowledged and recorded it with a confirmation reference. Bets that were not successfully submitted due to connection issues or technical faults are not valid.
• Insufficient funds: Bets will not be accepted if your account balance is insufficient to cover the stake. Ensure you have adequate funds before placing a bet.
• Obvious errors: Stake Game reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or on markets that were inadvertently published with incorrect parameters due to technical error. Players will be notified and stakes will be refunded in full.
• Result disputes: Game results are determined by the platform's certified RNG for casino games and by official results from relevant governing bodies for sports bets. Where a player disputes a result, the matter will be reviewed by our team using platform logs. Decisions made following investigation are final.
• Crash games: In crash games, a bet is confirmed when the round begins. If a connection loss occurs after a round has started and no auto cash-out target was set, the bet will stand and the round result will apply as normal. Auto cash-out targets set before the round began will execute server-side regardless of connection status.

For PSL and other sports betting markets, additional settlement rules apply in cases of match abandonment, postponement, player withdrawal, or DLS method application. Full sports betting rules are available within the Sports Betting section of Stake Game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at Stake Game. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in creating an account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated tools to place bets, generate outcomes, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players — including soft-play, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated betting intended to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or software vulnerabilities in any Stake Game system or game. Any winnings generated from exploiting such errors will be voided.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from unlawful activity. Stake Game cooperates fully with anti-money laundering investigations.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any subsequent communication with Stake Game.
• Accessing or attempting to access Stake Game from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to disguise your true location.
• Conducting any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards Stake Game staff or other players via any communication channel including live chat.

Stake Game takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and never a source of financial harm or personal distress. The following tools are available to all Stake Game account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Wagering limits: Restrict the total amount you can wager within a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Set an alert to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Reality check: Receive periodic notifications during play showing your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from Stake Game for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or receive any promotional communications from Stake Game.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Stake Game platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any content on Stake Game without our express written consent.

The Stake Game name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of the platform. You may not use these marks in any manner that could cause confusion or suggest endorsement without explicit written permission from Stake Game.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stake Game shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised account access not caused by Stake Game's negligence.
• Interruptions to service caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side, third-party network failures, device malfunctions, or circumstances beyond Stake Game's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Stake Game platform.
• The actions or content of third-party game providers whose games are accessible through the Stake Game platform, beyond what is within our reasonable control to remedy.

Gaming involves financial risk and all players participate at their own discretion. Stake Game does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through normal use of the platform. Past results in any game at Stake Game do not predict or guarantee future results.

Stake Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion.
• Requests from law enforcement, regulatory bodies, or financial institutions requiring account restriction.
• A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Stake Game will notify the account holder via the registered email or phone number and will conduct the investigation with reasonable promptness. If the investigation clears the account of any wrongdoing, the suspension will be lifted and full access restored.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting Stake Game support. Upon closure request, any remaining balance in excess of the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

Stake Game collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering at Stake Game, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by Stake Game is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and improving the platform experience. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
